Mrs. Vinaya Nimbalkar, formerly a primary school teacher at a government school, entered matrimony with Mahesh Nimbalkar with modest aspirations of a rural village girl. Inspired by Mahesh’s dreams and dedication, she relinquished her job to join forces with him in the noble cause of educating and providing shelter to children from disadvantaged families.

Vinaya assumes responsibility for the daily care of the children and supervises the administrative operations of the projects managed by the Ajit Foundation. Together, Vinaya and Mahesh stride forward hand in hand, sharing a unified vision for a better tomorrow.
